Coffee and juice don’t count – in fact, coffee dehydrates the body so if you have a morning latte’ at Starbucks you’ll need to drink even more water.

The good news is that drinking lots of water has some sweet bonuses. Aside from improving your performance in sports and in the sac, drinking water reduces the intense cravings for the wrong foods.
