Adjust Meal Timing
To Boost Metabolism

You can accomplish is a steady, strong metabolism by adjusting meal timing to boost metabolism.

Without going into a bunch of theories and technical explanations, I'm gonna give you a few simple rules to follow:

Don't skip breakfast!

You wake up in the morning and you haven't eaten for about 10 hours. Your body needs fuel! If you skip breakfast your body goes into "Starvation Mode" and shuts down metabolism to conserve energy.

A healthy high-protein breakfast starts up the metabolism engine.

Eat smaller but more frequent meals.

Why smaller meals? Simple....Your body uses food for energy and when you have EXTRA food-energy then it get's put into storage = your ass gets bigger!

Another thing happens when you eat too much - your energy level spikes then crashes. You know that afternoon energy crash? Hello Starbucks - Right?

The solution is to eat smaller more frequent meals. To keep your metabolism steady all day you need to eat food every 3 hours.

Why? Same reason you don't skip breakfast - your body needs fuel. Without food your body adjusts the metabolism to conserve energy and you feel sluggish.

Okay, so you have an afternoon snack - a smoothie or some nuts or the leftovers from lunch. You also want to have a smaller dinner and then a snack at around 8 at night.

Don't eat late at night.

This is the BIG One! You probably know instinctively that eating late at night makes you fat. The worse thing you can do for your metabolism is eat sugar or carbs after 9 at night.

You might as well just stuff that apple pie right into your thighs or your gut. It will be converted to fat!

Eating after 9PM creates chaos with your hormones because at night your body needs to rebuild and balance the systems.

Changing your eating lifestyle with these 3 simple rules will seriously boost your metabolism!
